Rule 31

When making an application for a matter under the parallel jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the High Court, such as writs of habeas corpus, injunctions, injunctions, prohibitions and jurisdictions, it must be clearly disclosed that no application has been made to the Supreme Court for legal remedy in that matter, or whether any legal action has been taken.
(2) When giving or taking an application for a writ of habeas corpus and an injunction under the parallel jurisdiction of the High Court and the District Court, it must be clearly disclosed whether any application has been made or legal proceedings have been initiated in the District Court.
(3) When giving or taking any kind of application other than the subject mentioned in sub-rule (1) or (2), it must be clearly disclosed in the application whether an application has been made, whether action has been taken, whether action has been taken, and if action has been taken, the status and result of the application must also be clearly disclosed.
(4) If the details disclosed in accordance with sub-rule (1), (2) or (3) are found to be false or incorrect during the proceedings, such application may be dismissed.
